The robot welding controller uses three-phase sine wave AC input, after rectification, filtering, inverter, output 1000Hz or 1800Hz square wave AC, and then input to MFDC weld gun, through DC transformer diode rectifier output smooth and stable DC, to meet welding needs of different workpieces. The welding controller has a variety of specifications and communication methods for customers to choose, time accuracy is millisecond, output current accuracy is not more than ±3%.
